Liability Waiver

This Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Media Consent (the "Waiver") applies to every person who takes part in any class, private lesson, group event, or range session offered by Resilient Tactical Training, its owner, instructors, employees, volunteers, contractors, and the ranges and landowners where training takes place (together, "Resilient Tactical Training").

Every participant must sign this Waiver before booking. A participant under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf.

I understand that firearms training is an inherently dangerous activity. Risks include, but are not limited to:

• Accidental or negligent discharge of a firearm by me or another person
• Firearm or ammunition malfunction, ricochet, splatter, and flying debris or brass
• Hearing damage, eye injury, burns, cuts, and pinch injuries
• Slips, trips, falls, heat, cold, insects, and uneven outdoor ground
• Physical strain from drills, movement, and shooting positions
• Serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death

I knowingly and voluntarily accept all of these risks, known and unknown, even if they arise from the ordinary negligence of Resilient Tactical Training.

I agree to follow all firearm safety rules, range rules, and every instruction from the instructor at all times. I will wear eye and ear protection whenever required. I will not handle any firearm or ammunition unless directed to.

I confirm that I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any medication that could impair my judgment or coordination, and that I am legally allowed to possess and handle firearms and ammunition.

I understand the instructor may remove me from training at any time for unsafe behavior, without a refund.

I confirm I am physically and mentally able to take part in this training. I will tell the instructor about any medical condition that could affect my safety or the safety of others. I authorize Resilient Tactical Training to seek emergency medical treatment for me if needed, and I accept responsibility for the cost of that treatment.

To the fullest extent allowed by Oklahoma law, I release, waive, and discharge Resilient Tactical Training from any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages for injury, death, or property damage arising out of or related to my participation, including claims caused by the ordinary negligence of Resilient Tactical Training. This release does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resilient Tactical Training from any claim brought by me or on my behalf, or caused by my own actions during training.

This Waiver binds me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and anyone who may claim on my behalf.

I understand that classes may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. I grant Resilient Tactical Training the irrevocable right to take, use, edit, and publish photographs, video, audio, and likenesses of me (or of the minor I sign for) taken during training, without payment or further approval.

This includes use on the Resilient Tactical Training website, social media accounts (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube), Google Business Profile, advertising, email, and other marketing. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished content.

If I do not want to appear in content, I will tell the instructor before class starts and Resilient Tactical Training will make reasonable efforts to keep me out of frame. Requests to remove a specific post can be sent to us and will be honored where reasonably possible.

This Waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. If any part of it is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. I have read this Waiver, I understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights, and I sign it voluntarily. My typed name serves as my electronic signature.
