• Purchases: your name, email, phone number, and for shipped merchandise, your shipping address. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically: we use our own simple, cookie-free analytics to count page visits. It records the page viewed, the site that referred you, campaign tags in the link, and a random visitor ID kept in your browser storage. It does not identify you by name and we do not use advertising cookies.

• To answer your questions and schedule training.
• To process payments, confirm bookings, and send receipts and class details.
• To send class reminders, follow-ups, and review requests related to training you booked or attended.
• To send news, class dates, and offers if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

• Stripe, to process payments.
• Our website hosting and email delivery providers.
• Our customer relationship management (CRM) system, which stores contact details and sends our emails and texts.

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, for our business records, and to meet legal requirements.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Minors may attend training only with a parent or guardian who handles registration.
