Refund Policy

Every purchase made through resilienttacticaltraining.com, by phone, or in person is final. This includes class seats, private lessons, group or private event tiers, and RESTAC merchandise. We do not issue refunds, partial refunds, or credits for change of mind.

Due to limited spots in every class, each seat is reserved exclusively for you the moment you book. We keep classes small so every student gets hands-on instruction, which means a reserved seat is one we turn away from other students. Range time, instructors, and materials are also scheduled and paid for in advance based on enrollment. For these reasons, we are unable to offer refunds.

If you do not attend a class you paid for, or you arrive too late to safely join, the payment is not refunded. If you know ahead of time that you cannot make it, contact us as early as possible. Any transfer to another date is at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

If Resilient Tactical Training cancels or reschedules a class (for example because of unsafe weather, range conditions, or instructor illness), you may move your seat to the new date or to another scheduled class of equal value.

Students who violate firearm safety rules or instructor directions may be removed from class without a refund.

Merchandise sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it.

By completing checkout you acknowledge this policy. Please contact us directly with any concern before disputing a charge with your card issuer, so we can work with you.
