Terms of Service

Class seats are reserved when payment is completed. Prices are listed in US dollars and are charged in full at checkout. Seats are limited and offered first come, first served.

Due to limited spots in our classes, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on class seats, private lessons, event tiers, or merchandise. If we cancel or reschedule a class, you may move your seat to another date. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can help resolve any concern.

We may need to change a class time, date, or location because of weather, range availability, or instructor illness. We will contact you using the email or phone number you gave at booking as soon as possible. If we cancel or reschedule, you may move your seat to another date as described in our Refund Policy.

Students under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian, who must also sign any required waiver. Some classes have a minimum age, which is listed in the class details or available by contacting us.

• Follow all firearm safety rules and every instruction given by your instructor at all times.
• Arrive sober. Anyone who appears impaired by alcohol, drugs, or medication will not be allowed to train.
• Bring only the firearms, ammunition, and gear listed for your class, in safe working condition.
• You may be asked to sign a release and waiver of liability before training begins.

The instructor may refuse or remove any student whose conduct is unsafe, without a refund.

Firearms training involves inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury. By participating you accept those risks and agree that you are responsible for your own safe handling of firearms during and after training. Training does not guarantee any particular outcome, license, or level of skill.

You are responsible for being legally allowed to possess firearms and for following all federal, Oklahoma, and local laws. Information on this website and in our classes is for education and is not legal advice.

We may take photos or video during classes for training and promotion. If you prefer not to appear in them, just tell your instructor before class begins.

Product images are for illustration and colors may vary slightly. Shipping times are estimates. Local pickup orders must be collected within a reasonable time after we contact you.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Resilient Tactical Training and its instructors are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the class or product involved.
